Welcome to DeckSlayer, operated by Grind & Play Studios ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services at deckslayer.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1.The Service (Early Access)
DeckSlayer is a gamified study tool and RPG currently in "Early Access". This means the service is actively being developed. You acknowledge that bugs, server resets, or temporary downtime may occur. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features as development continues.
2.Account Registration
To use DeckSlayer, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in cheating/exploiting the game mechanics.
3.Founder's Pack & Payments
Phase 1 of our release includes the sale of a one-time "Founder's Pack" granting Early Access to the game.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Digital Goods: By purchasing the Founder's Pack, you agree that you are purchasing immediate access to digital content. Therefore, you waive your standard 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumer rights) once the digital content has been delivered to your account.
- All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
4.User-Generated Content (Study Decks)
You retain ownership of any flashcards or study data you create on the platform. However, you grant us a license to store and display this data within the service to provide the core functionality of DeckSlayer.
5.Limitation of Liability
Grind & Play Studios is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of study data, or academic performance resulting from the use of our service.
